Keep Purley Pool Open Petition Update

David Lewis, the petition organiser writes:

We now have 408 signatures and it is still going up, it went up 5 in the last hour! Looking at the list we have, of course a vast majority of local people signing, but we also have people from around the world, including France, Wales, Australia and Africa! The overwhelming theme coming back is that people really need the pool, to get healthy or to stay healthy and that the very people who need it most will be penalised as they are the least able to get two busses to waddon and then cross a busy and complex crossing over the A23. Many say they will just have to give up exercise.

Please keep up the pressure by asking other people to sign. Spread the word to anybody you haven’t already asked and put it on social media too. Every time somebody signs the council hear about it so every voice is heard.
