Council to take Croydon Communities Consortium to Court

In response to an email request from me for an up-date on the Council’s dispute with Croydon Communities Consortium, Chief Executive Nathan Elvery says (1 September):

‘Thank you for your email, given the on-going matter between the Council and the CCC I would suggest this remains a matter between our organisations. I believe Elizabeth is fully up to speed and the next steps for the Council will be legal action.’

Elizabeth is Elizabeth Ash, the Consortium Chair, who was re-elected at the July AGM.
